This weekend the Association of Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) held it's annual conference in New Orleans. Aila was established to promote justice, advocate for fair and reasonable immigration law and policy, advance the quality of immigration and nationality law and practice, and enhance the professional development of its members.
Immigration Attorney Stan Walker explains the issues in immigration and shed some light on the issues and legalities of current and pending immigration laws and practices.
Mr. Walker is the Chair of the Florida Chapter of AILA and serves on the Board of Directors of Immigrants List Action Committee. Mr. Walker will be available to answer any questions you may have pertaining to immigration in today's politically charged climate.
