As we enter into this holiday season, many of us will be experiencing them without a loved one. Colleen Russell and host Catherine VanWetter will discuss guiding individuals through life transitions.


Colleen Russell is the founder of Soulore, Inc, Helping people in transition to connect to their true selves and life passions by understanding the wisdom of the souls.


She has a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology and is trained and certified as a facilitator in Self-Esteem, Neuro Linguistics, Grief Counseling, Dream Coaching, Storytelling, and the Creative and Expressive Arts.


She has had a lifetime of experience in deep transitions. At eighteen, she became a single mother. She put herself through college and learned to work her way up from poverty to abundance. She married at age thirty, and became a widow at age thirty-five. Her journey through grief led her on a spiritual journey where she discovered her True Self and her lifetime passion of helping others to move from adversity into their full potential.


Colleen’s personal special passion is empowering women. is her latest creation, which offers support to women seeking to live balanced, creative, and meaningful lives. Her workshops help women to discover their authentic selves through story, art, movement, and community.
