Christina joined Emory University in November 2000 as a payroll coordinator and progressed forward in the ranks to Division Director of Human Resources for the School of Public Health and currently for the Office of Information Technology.  In her current role, Christina supports the entire staff of the Office of Information Technology.  She is responsible for all areas of human resources.  As part of the leadership team she ensures that change initiatives are reviewed and support the strategic plan of the organization.   Christina’s human resources career started in California.  She developed training seminars and coaching sessions for local government agencies as well as corporations and construction companies.  She successfully transitioned many start up companies with leadership processes that are still being implemented today.  She is a visionary and highly effective change agent.  Her training sessions ranged from affecting change, powerful leadership, the rotting fish head (a look at leadership) and many other change management sessions.   Christina is currently the Vice President of Education for a newly created group Toastmaster’s Unplugged.  Christina also is an online professor at the University of Phoenix.
