Lockett Stewart, Managing Partner at Gratia Resources Consulting has spent most of career leading companies through business turnarounds and growth cycles.  In his roles in corporate leadership as well as in consulting, his focus has always been on strategic growth through organizational performance.  With that focus, he has been placed in the roles to be the catalyst for revenue and profit enhancement, post-merger integration activity, operational performance, and incentive programs that reward people for doing what will serve the organization best.

In addition to consulting, over the last two years Lockett has invested his resources into two companies where he resides on their Boards and serves as an active member of their Board/Partnership leadership.  His leadership role in this position involves working with each leadership team to create a greater, more immediate return as well as building greater future value for each group.
