Finding You Inner Child

Join myself and Isabell as we welcome Sandra Haro to our program. Sandra has been working on healing and getting to know her inner child for years now and she will be helping us today by explaining her journey and how we can get to know our inner child and heal him or her. Here is how Sandra decribes herself and her journey..

"..I always knew there was more to life then what was in front of me. Since I was a young child I wanted to know more about angels,miracle and dimensions.So I read and watched what I could.As we all know this was not a main stream way of thinking. So there were not a lot of people to talk to nor places to go to as there are now.

I started working with energy healing about 6 years ago, then I started doing body work  ,,massages 2 years ago. As I was learning and working with healing energy, I was continually looking outside myself to help clear any blockages in me that would be limiting my abilities , books, crystals,readings etc...As I did this I was always looking for my purpose/passion.
As I began to understand all the answers are within me, I also saw my reactions that kept me in limited thoughts were caused by patterns/beliefs that were stored within my inner core, emotional core or my inner child. All having to do with the past and not the present situation.Since I was not happy with my reactions to certain circumstances, I realized it was time to embrace every part of myself, even that which I had kept hidden so long. So instead of being afraid of my emotions that pop up time to time, I see them as an opportunity to heal . This then became my purpose to help others by sharing ways to help release the ties to the past and embrace and love every part of themselves by healing the inner child."
