My name is Frank Perino! I was blinded at birth 80 years ago and have spent my life advocating for others ! I started my non profit INNERSIGHT which was triggered by my guide dog being denied into the delivery room of my daughters birth NOW spreading awareness of the HORROR of nursing homes and how to fix a system that is killing people and wasting tax dollars.

Statement for Milton 

Innersight and the Suffolk Independent Living Organization (SILO) urge the congress of the United States to celebrate  national guide dog month by passing a law in honor of Milton (the guide dog that was killed last year July 23rd 2022 at the guide dog foundation in New York). A law that will license and regulate all service dog schools to serve as a protection for the dog and the disabled individual. Please note that we have a petition of 75k strong that also want the schools to be licensed and regulated. Please see link below.
