If, like so many other activities, eating is 90% mental, what is the quality of the relationship you have with your food?  Are your eating behaviors being expressed upon a destructive back drop of aggressive inner conflict, will power struggles, and fear as you succumb to unhealthy eating?  Or perhaps a destructive scene of passive conflict, mindlessness about food, and indifference surrounds your eating behaviors.  Are you a slave to junk food and the inevitable guilt and shame that follows?  Or are you a slave to health food and the inevitable obsession and rationalizations that create a sense of control around it?  Of course being incarcerated in a destructive relationship with food doesn’t have to be a life sentence!

Join JP Sears and Karen Solt for a discussion on finding freedom through a balanced relationship with food.  They’ll invite you to consider why all food choices and behaviors are symptomatic expressions of a deeper genesis.  They’ll also discuss how unresolved victim and punisher relationships experienced in childhood often get acted out with food in adulthood.   Join in on this program to discover how the way you experience yourself about food can become a source of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual nourishment!
