Join your host, Felice Gerwitz and author Beatrice Martinez. A school librarian for many years, Beatrice served at elementary, middle, and high school levels. Her two books are a product of having organized a small village library one summer in Greece, where the local monastery and the local school are important elements of village life. Kids love books that provide vicarious mischief with humor, coupled with dynamic illustrations, which I feel my books present. In addition, both titles contain the Greek/English alphabet, a Greek food recipe, glossary, maps, and student activities.
