In September of 1998, Bishop Bruce V. Parham, Sr. was called and commissioned by God to establish a church with a vision where 10,000 souls were saved, delivered, and holistically manifesting God's glory, power and purpose. This church was birthed in Wilmington, Delaware and named "Oasis of Refreshing Ministries" (hereafter "Oasis"). Oasis of Refreshing Ministries is a nondenominational ministry of the Christian faith. It is the headquarters church of the Fresh Fragrance Covenant Fellowship, of which Pastor Parham is the Founder and Prelate. The worship services are filled with prayer, praise and proclaiming the Word of God with a definite Pentecostal flair. Under the audacious and humble leadership of Bishop Parham, God has motivated Oasis for ministry that caters to people who are spiritually neglected, emotionally deprived and physically in need. Through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, Bishop Parham continues the rich Christian tradition of bringing healing to the crushed spirit & changing lives through prophetic teaching and anointed preaching. This life-changing deliverance ministry has brought tremendous healing to the scarred, broken and wounded in the Body of Christ.  The LORD supplied the need, as only He can.God has favored Oasis over the years, and continues to do so. To remain faithful to and focused on God's divine plan is the desire of this ministry. Where will we go from here? Only God really knows!
