JONATHAN MAXWELL - PILTDOWN MAN & OTHER HOAX’S

Jonathan Maxwell, the award-winning author of Murderous Intellectuals:  German Elites and the Nazi SS, appears a second time on Dr. Rose's program to discuss his latest release, Piltdown Man and Other Hoaxes, a fun but informative book about scientific frauds through history.  Join Dr. Rose and Maxwell as they discuss Bigfoot, the Yeti, the Loch Ness Monster, crop circles, and, of course, Piltdown Man.I think it's best to keep it casual.  I would like to discuss early on why hoaxes are committed and why some people are continually falling for them.  I'd like to place a particular focus on Piltdown Man (the so-called Missing Link), the major players in the hoax, who could have committed the hoax, the possible "whys" it was committed, and the lasting significance of the hoax.  After that, we could discuss any number of topics (Bigfoot, the Yeti, and so on. I'm certain some people will be upset about his research and views and they shoul go to Spiritually Raw as my friends there often have guests or callers who believe these are not hoaxes.
