JOHN BRUBAKER - PERFORMANCE CONSULTANT

I'm a change agent in two areas: the classroom as a professor and the business community as a performance consultant.  I teach interpersonal communication, business management and public speaking at Central Maine Community College. I've been teaching at the college level for 12 years and this past year completely transformed my teaching communication style to enhance student engagement (especially w/ "Millennials") in the classroom. Using technology such as YouTube, Twitter and text messaging in my curriculum as well as developing unique ways to empower students through class participation.Additionally, I'm a performance consultant and co-author of the book Leadership: Helping Others Succeed (scheduled for release this summer). Former Senator George Mitchell, Dr. Warren Bennis and Congresswoman Patricia Schroeder are several of the other authors. Additionally, my forthcoming book Overtime Victory: Success Strategies From The Locker Room To The Board Room is scheduled for release this fall.

 A majority of my consulting practice involves leadership development and teambuilding. I would be pleased to share some success strategies with your audience and discuss the books as well.
