A Full Hour of Speaking God's Promises

Your Sunday Night Bedtime Blessing radio show is going to be a little different tonight. Instead of the regular format with a guest or a topic with questions and answers, we are going to speak the promises of God for one full hour. You heard me. For 60 minutes straight we are going to declare the promises of God in our lives and over our households. Sometimes we have not because we ask not and because we SPEAK not. I think I will go to my grave imploring women to speak the Word of God. It's so important. Proverbs 18:21 tells us that "life and death are in the power of the tongue." If we truly believe God's Word then we will speak life to ourselves. . . that's of course if we really desire the promise of life more abundantly. 

When I think about all of the promises of God in scripture, I get overwhelmed by God's love. Time after time, regardless of how much His children rebelled against Him by worshiping other Gods, by disobeying, by complaining, by being downright ungrateful, God continued to heap promise upon promise on us. From Genesis to Revelations He never stopped. That's amazing. There is NO ONE like our God.
