Jennifer Williams is a resilient up and coming writer. Her first and highly anticipated stageplay “In My Mind” will debut in the fall of 2016.

At a very young age Jennifer enjoyed the arts. An avid music lover at an early age, she would go on the air with her father who at the time and still is a disc jockey for 91.1 WRUW. Her father took notice of Jennifers love of the arts and nurtured her love of music by teaching her the art of making a song.

With a single notebook and pencil, Jennifer at the age of 7 began writing songs. Captivated by the vivid stories hip-hop artists used to paint she would often go from writing song lyrics to writing stories. The first book she wrote at the tender age of 8 about a championship double dutch team headed to a tournament in Chicago.  Jennifer has battled many hardships throughout her teens with the help of God. From being a teen mom to homelessness Jennifer has overcome the trails with faith.

Encouraged by a relative that knew her love of writing Jennifer proceeded to put her plan in motion and in March she shot her first mini movie/ promotional video as hype for the stageplay but to also give her supporters a glimpse of “In My Mind” The Movie.  The stageplay “In My Mind” is starring some of the best talent Cleveland has to offer. Playing the role of “Peter” Matthew Gillespie, “Tristan” Shelomith Chatmon and playing the role of “Kim” Hanisha Hall.

Jenn Williams brings to the stage “In My Mind”, a thrilling stage play that touches on the matters of the heart while exploring the trials, growth and triumphs of love and relationships.
