I am so excited about what is going on here in the Purple Bubble Studios. We are revamping and leveling up. This is Spring and we are Springing forward with month long series.  This months series is FIT & FATABULOUS.  We will be talking to trainers, plus size ladies who are working out and sharing their workout secrets, plus size ladies who are now fitness trainers, also will be talking to plus size and or super size active wear designers. And also we will be diving into some research regarding detoxes and appetitesuppressant drops; are these some things that should be in your tool box to assist you in your healthier lifestyle journey? Let us hear from you and what folks are saying. And whats up with the foot wear will a cheap shoe do? Or must me spring for a high dollar pair to get in shape?  Ryan Floyd has been in the personal training/fitness industry for over 8 years. He attended Wichita State University from 2007-2012 and graduated with his bachelors in Exercise Science. In his first few years as a personal trainer he helped one client drop over 110 pounds and helped an 85 year old man gain enough strength back to pick up golfing again. He currently owns 2 Fit Body Boot Camp locations in Wichita and in the last year has helped his clients lose more than 1,300 pounds of fat. It is his mission to help men and women finally be comfortable in their own skin by giving them the health and happiness they deserve!!
