Are We Doing Enough For Our Revert or Convert Muslims?

All praise is due to Allah Who guided us to this, and we would not have found the way had it not been that Allah had guided us. (H.Q 7:43) 
There is no doubting the truth of this statement made by Allah (swt). All of us that have embraced the faith of Islam, have only embraced it through the guidance of Allah! Many of us living in the West are converts to the religion of Islam because we left a previous faith tradition and became Muslims. We also have many reverts that had left Islam, or stopped practicing their faith and then returned to the faith by the Mercy of Allah. This week will discuss the programs and support systems that we have in place for our convert and revert Muslims. Are we doing enough? Are we giving enough support? Are we answering their questions? Are we teaching them the deen? We want to hear from our revert and convert Muslims to see what we can do to help them through this difficult transition.
