Yes, there is going to be a serious connection to Miche Fambro because of his Philly roots.  He has stories about our hometown - a few involving his brother who also expressed interest in music.  But Miche pursued his Muse with a FIRE.  He got a hold of a guitar and the Left-Handed magic started almost immediately.

It's interesting to note that Miche's Grandfather was a Vaudeville "hoofer."  That translates into dancer for our 2017 purposes. Granddad knew that something was up with Miche at a young age - hey, EVERYBODY knows that something is "up" with Miche :)  At that age, though, he wouldn't listen.  Which is good for US.  Because our Friend and Fearless Adventurer decided to go full-speed with Whatever He Could that Involved Music.

Along the way, he learned to write songs - and he got better and more versatile on that guitar.  Groups were formed - a trio and more.  He knew that his taste was all over the map regarding what inspired and delighted him - and he also knew that he had a tendency to sound Follksy and Jazzy at the same time.  But he chafes at boxes.  If you want to put him in one and you're paying him, that may be a different story ;)  And there are so many ways that he has played for pay.  One of them: house parties.  When Miche is in an intimate setting - with an audience appreciating his warmth, honesty and adept fingers - it's an unbelievable healing situation that takes place.  He was meant to do this - more than anyone WE know.  Yours truly is speaking for hundreds of us.

What you are going to hear from Miche on 1/5/2017 - our first show of the year: tracks from his "Between You and Me" CD. You're gonna hear about his fascinating journey, his life in upstate New York, his plans for this Year of Miche - ALL of it. Join us at one p.m. - Miche visits at two.
