Many single parents today would rather cut off their right arm than to allow an absent parent his or her rights to be involved with the child or children they share between them.

So let’s talk about Parent’s Right’s and how the laws address those who are absent from the raising and nurturing of their children.

Do you believe that the custodial parent should have the right to petition to revoke the parental rights of an absent father or mother?   And do you believe that revoking the rights of an absent parent is better for the child or children in the long-run?

These questions and more will be discussed on this episode!
