DR. RHONE FRASER is the author of two books and is available for bookings to speak on each of them. DR. RHONE FRASER is an independent scholar and historical dramatist.  His first play is Living Sacrifice: the Life of Fannie Lou Hamer based on biographies of Fannie Lou Hamer by Kay Mills and Chana Kai Lee.  He was a playwriting student of the Negro Ensemble Company Artistic Director Leslie Lee and in 2014 he directed shorts of Lee's work at his memorial service produced at the Signature Theatre in New York City.  He interviewed artistic director Woodie King, Jr. for Reelblack.com.  His fifth play is The Original Mrs. Garvey based on two biographies of the journalist Amy Ashwood Garvey written by Lionel Yard and Tony Martin.  He is the author of Pauline Hopkins and Advocacy Journalism, about the work of novelist and dramatist Pauline Hopkins (1859-1930).  He is the co-editor of Critical Responses about the Black Family in Toni Morrison's God Help the Child.  His website is www.drrhonefraser.com , and his email is rhone.fraser@gmail.com .
