There's a reason why a marathon is not considered a sprinting event.  House Speaker John Boehner understands what ultimately needs to be done to save America from Debtageddon.  But he also understands how to do it, and that the crucial prerequsite to reaching Paul Ryan's prosperity is preparing the 2012 battlefield to maximize the chances of bulldozing Red Barry and the Dems out of the way.  Friday's budget deal was a small but crucial downpayment on that ultimate victory.
