Byron, who is the CEO of Lead Great Meetings, is a coach that discovered his passion for conference calls in 1996. With extensive background in face-to-face training, he immediately saw the potential for using conference calls to reach geographically dispersed audiences without having to travel. He developed The Six Principle Model of Leadership based on what did and didn’t work when leading conference calls. He is co-author of the eBook: No More Lame Conference Calls – The 6 Principles You Need to Lead Great Meetings (July 2011). He is the author of over 25 hours of audio CD training programs for leading effective conference call and teleclasses. Having fun is an essential part of everything he does.
What is Byron passionate about besides conference calls and virtual meeting leadership? After building his garden in January 2011, he discovered his loves working in the garden and growing food. Gardening compliments his joy for cooking and baking. He is particularly fond of posting pictures (especially profile picture) of the desserts he makes on FB to drive his friends nuts.
