Retiring to a Country House or Farm?

Everyone's talking about the baby boomers who are well on their way to retirement. One decision those nearing the end of their working careers must make ... is where to live when you retire, i.e. with less income, most people want to reduce their cost of living but how do you do this?

Today we're talking with Gretchen who's planning ahead. She and her partner sold their Boston condo over a year ago in preparation for moving to the country, and possibly a farm as they both love gardening and Gretchen grew up on a farm. 

They've been looking at houses and farms in the Amherst, MA area (north of 90, east/west of 91) and they're learning a lot about what's important as we age, like access to quality health car.
