The Music and Entertainment business is simply a retail business. Publishers, Manufactures, Distributors, Networks, Studios and Labels are all investment groups(The Entertainment Industry) that seek out the services of talented individuals (i.e Music Artist, Actors, Dancers, Authors etc..) to package their services and make them available for retail. Books, Cd’s Downloads, Magazines, DVD’s … are examples of the products generated by the content producers. The Entertainment Industry traditional model of business was simply bundling these services by various entertainers and deliver them to middle-men and retail outlets. The Digital age has changed this tonight let’s discuss rather we see ourselves as a service or a product and the opportunities available in simply knowing the difference.
