Our mother, Anna Cassidy, became a ward of the state of Colorado February 22, 2018, died November 6th of that year after 8 months of abuse and neglect by her court-appointed guardian and attorney. The guardian charged $250 an hour to sit 2-3 feet away from mother and son listening to every word and depriving us of dignity and privacy. Mom was isolated, depressed wasn't allowed calls, kept apart from her sons.
