Special guest Jennifer Oliver is out to educate and expose the destructive tactics used by con artists and bullies who are using and abusing our legal system today. Bullying behaviors and tactics in the civil justice system are growing in volume in intensity and aggressiveness throughout all 50 states. This type of behavior can include bullying by the judge, by attorneys and abuse of the law, misuse of political campaign contributions, filing frivolous or junk lawsuits, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse by “gaming the system.” Where does this leave us? Where does it leave the small business owners? Join us to learn about what courtroom bullying is and what you can do about it.

Jennifer Oliver has experienced bullies in a court of law; first in her divorce hearing in 1999 and then as a “target” of chronic Courtroom and Litigious Bullying that has spanned a period of 8 years. Her experience in the civil justice system came about when, after her divorce, desperately looking for work she went into business and later discovered that her business partner was a sociopathic con artist. In the chaos and destruction that he created and then in her attempt to break free of him, she became a plaintiff and a defendant in a multitude of actions to protect her home and property. Over the course of this experience, Jennifer became aware of and a target of this type of abuse.
