Clive Deadman, author of 'Strategic Asset Management' and former Director of United Utilitis, talks about what has happened in Infrastructure Asset Management over the last few years, offering his perspective on how regulation has affected momentum since the recent price reviews in the UK. The interview also looks at how future changes in regulation might impact on infrastructure organisations. The second part of the interview focuses on how great companies achieve performance by using best practice for delivery and teamwork though organisational design and engineering tools. Clive also explains how, among colleagues, 'stepping on each others toes' can affect morale, productivity and the bottom line - and how leading companies address these issues. Finally he gives a snapshot about his new book, 'Strategic Asset Management', and how he conducted the research. The Infrastructure Asset Management Exchange will take place in London from 21 - 23 March 2011.
