Developing excellence in explosive ordnance disposal

NATO's Centre of Excellence for Explosive Ordnance Disposal is charged with developing and promoting best practice in the disposal of explosive devices and associated combat engineering. It shares best practice concepts through training courses for NATO partner nations. Colonel Lackovic, Director of the Centre of Excellence discusses new developments in the field and how the organisation is working to spread knowledge.
