This is a time of year that can be famous for life changes.  We have graduations, weddings and vacations to name a few.  It is a time of completing goals and, after a bit of a break, staring new ones.  Today's walk is to look at that break.  How do we make the most of the time we have to relax, decompress and rejuvenate? Perhaps part of the secret is in the old saying, "Make hay while the sun shines"!
