Acting "White": What Does It Mean?

In this show, we will discuss the tendency of non-Caucasian people to "act white". What does it mean to act white and is that term not appropriate. When someone acts white, what does it mean they are doing? Are the less intelligent calling it that, when people try to be more intelligent and proper when interfacing with others?
