In the wake of 6 Chester, PA teen-age girls attacking a mentally challenged 48-year-old woman for the "fun" of it, and now facing as many as 20 years in adult prison;
And many other deeply disturbing incidents and episodes;
Can we talk? Can we put forward some positive approaches?
We could call this discussion: Between Rocks and Hard Places; or New Black Codes -- Self-Imposed; or The Destruction of Unity, Community, Vision & Hope From the Inside Out.
But they all boil down to GENOCIDE, which is said to be most effective when the victims do it to themselves.
