The Codes of The Streets: Viral Manifestations of Genocide

In the wake of violence in Chicago and other urban centers, with Black youths being quoted via CBS as saying that the "Killing" of one another is the only solution to the violence;

In the wake of 6 Chester, PA teen-age girls attacking a mentally challenged 48-year-old woman for the "fun" of it, and now facing as many as 20 years in adult prison;

And many other deeply disturbing incidents and episodes;

Can we talk? Can we put forward some positive approaches?

We could call this discussion: Between Rocks and Hard Places; or New Black Codes -- Self-Imposed; or The Destruction of Unity, Community, Vision & Hope From the Inside Out.

But they all boil down to GENOCIDE, which is said to be most effective when the victims do it to themselves.
