I have decided to have an informal conversation every Friday on "Spiritual Wants and Needs". Topic: What is Spirituality and What it Means to You? So many are going through upheavals in  their life and are finding it hard to cope and there are some who cope very well.. Lets see what techniques people are using to survive the "upheavals" of life. Are they coping or are they just surviving?.
