Heart Opening Workshop--The Antahkarana

Today I was blessed to have with me Captain David Pottinger author of the Wake of the Mystic.  He is one of my favorites to share with.  He is easy to be with and has a great understanding of so many of the principles we speak of. 

Listen in as he talks about his book and what his morning practice is like. 

I do reccommend his book.  It is a light read in more than one way. LOL
