Heart Opening Workshop--The Antahkarana

Oh Praise the Lord!!!   We have overcome the sound quality issues.  LOL

I am soooo sorry about the shows last week.  The sound quality was miserable.  But today's quality is so much better. 

Today someone commented on how during their meditation they find themselves thinking about things and not focusing on the meditation.  Let's talk about what that is about and how to work with it. 

Your workshop time is your time.  It is the time where you connect with You.  It is the time where you discover what is going on in your mind, your Soul, your life and how you can be "on purpose".
