Heart Opening Meditation--The Antahkarana

No meditation today.  We had a caller and what wonderful questions and conversation.  We discussed the beautiful children of this planet and the wonderful energies they bring and the many ways they bring them.  Some gifts they bring can be heart wrenching when we are not centered. 

The children are our teachers in so many ways.  We learn best, hear them more clearly and can assist them when we are centered. 

What does centered mean?  Aligned with Spirit, connected to Source, coming from your Soul, filled with Love.   How do you get there?  We talked about that too.
