Great callers today. Thank you so much for being there and asking great questions.  Today we discussed channeled meditations.  Each of us are channels of Spirit.  We are connected to Spirit/Soul.  That loving energy flows through us in varying degrees and that makes us a channel.  Much like a channel a stream would flow through to the larger body of water.  Meditating allows you to connect more fully with that stream.  It allows you to interact with it in different ways, depending on the type of meditation you are doing. 

There are many types of meditations.  Each offers its own unique benefit.  Don't limit yourself to only one form.  Play with it. 

We also talked about my favorite rule of Spirit.  "Things do not have to change to make you happy.  Get happy and things change."

How do you get happy?  Meditate.  Connect with the happy, loving, peaceful energy that is You.
