Just how out of whack do you want your day to be?  Are you getting eggs from it?  Maybe its your way of being an attention seeker.  We seek attention so we can feel better.  So we can feel the relief in our life.  Look at what it is your are trying to seek relief from.  Tune into how you feel more often.  Your feeling are your indicator of your alignment with your eternal beingness, your Soul, your whatever you want to call it.  It is the thing that makes you feel good.  But you have to want to feel better first to start the process of aligning.  These meditations are geared to help you release, relax, feel and experience the wholeness of You.  If you are ready to say enough is enough.  I am done with feeling bad.  Then stop.  Close your eyes and begin to let yourself move back  into the part of you that is peaceful.  Your life will transform accordingly.
