Heart Opening meditation is about letting your physical self come to experience the non-physicalness of you.  To allow yourself to feel the Soulness of you.  The other half of your beingness.  It has always been a part of you even if you were unaware of it.  It has been guiding you to a better life experience even when you thought you knew better.  That gut feeling.  Actually it was your heart feeling.  Your soul guidance.  Practicing yourself into the awareness of Self is worth the venture.

Meditations should feel good to you. You should come away feeling uplifted and expansive.  If you are not getting that, re-eveluate your practice.  When you have made your connection to Source you find that it is limitless and offers much to your life and in all ways.

Close your eyes and breath into your heart center.  Begin your journey to Self.
