Good Morning friends.
Funny how Spirit works sometimes. I wanted to record this mornings meditation for you yesterday but I guess that was not meant to be. So I am using the one from last week. There must be a message in there for you that may need repeating. Mentor is like that. I will be back on Friday. Last Friday we passed through a portal/threshold and with a full moon yesterday, there should be lots of new and exciting things beginning to come into form. Some of you may have felt physical awareness of this with low grade headaches, ear pressure and or shortness of breath. Think of it like high altitude sickness. But it has passed so keep your peepers open and keep up your personal meditation time each morning. Remember these are the best of time for our planet and you chose to be a part of it. So relax and take a deep breath through your heart center.
