Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation (www.QueenQuet.com) has been honored with a number of Queen Quet Day proclamations in numerous cities of the United States and the Gullah/Geechee Nation.  Due to the fact that several are held between April 11th and April 19th, Queen Quet Week is celebrated from April 12-19 in the Gullah/Geechee Nation.  Tune een fa yeddi Queen Quet crak e teet bout disya and wha gwine on.  E still pun de journee fa mek sho de Gullah/Geechee free!
