In this first episode of Living Native, we feature a community effort from Grand Ronde, Oregon that teaches youth and families about Native American Pow Wow culture. The “mini-Pow Wow” has been going strong for two years in Grand Ronde and more youth and families are benefiting from its educational and community approach.
Children and families from across the Willamette Valley attend these once per month Pow Wow’s that are designed entirely to educate youth and families about the Pow Wow and in the process the youth and families are given a gift of Living Native.
It's good to talk.
