There are three names that come to mind, when I think of great black actors in cinema today; Idris Elba, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and David Oyelowo. Each has etched their name in Hollywood as leading men of ability, good looks and great presence when it comes to the parts they portray. American film makers have entrusted their works to these gentlemen....even though they're British. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, some of our countries greatest black actors are actually British.
