The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) closed today at 11,871. The closing price is the highest mark the DJIA has posted since October 2007 when it climbed above 14,000. General Electric also hit a 52-week high today of $19.97. I’m sure it didn’t hurt GE’s prospects earlier today when President Barak Obama named its CEO Jeffery Immelt to lead a new President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. I imagine that investors have at least two questions lingering in their minds right now about what to do concerning investments right now. 1. Should I sell any of my investments now? 2. Is now a good time to invest?
