“Geography 2050: Mounting an Expedition to the Future” is the inaugural event in a multi-year strategic dialogue meant to help decision makers and the public alike understand the major trends that will reshape the nation and planet between now and 2050.

Geography 2050 is the fall conference of the American Geographical Society. It is hosted by the Earth Institute at Columbia University, with the support of the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) and other partners and sponsors. This one-day event will take place Nov. 19, at the historic Low Memorial Library In New York City.
