This episode will cover the fight for the WBA welterweight "super" title between Keith Thurman and Josesito Lopez that took place at the Barclays Center on Saturday night. It was Thurman's first fight since his win over Danny Garcia in March 2017. There was a certain level of expectation for Thurman but we all saw something different in a sense.

At the Toyota Center in Houston, the WBO junior middleweight title was on the line as Jaime Munguia took on Takeshi Inoue and that was another fight that may have exceeded expectations. It was a better fight than the scorecard indicates and brought up an issue within the sport, specifically within the area that the fight was held in.
