When God Judges Nations

What is God's perspective on the terrorist attack in the United States on September 11, 2001?  And France on Friday, November 13, 2015?

Is the God of the Old Testament the same today?  Does He still judge nations?  If so, how does He bring such judgment about?  Is the Jesus of the New Testament the same today?  Has His character changed?  What is His perspective on such tragic events?  How does Jesus see it?  How could a loving God allow such calamity to happen?  Would He ever "cause" such a thing?  Would Jesus ever "cause" such a thing?  If so, why?  If not, why not?

There are countless "Christian theories" floating around cyberspace these days, however, on today's broadcast we will explore what the Bible actually has to say regarding such events.
