Sekhment is a fierce Goddess of Transformation from the Egyptian pantheon. Her talents are that of Healer, Alchemist and Catalyst. In ancient Egypt, priests would keep small altars in her honor, giving offerings on a daily basis to appease her fiery, angry nature. As an archetype, Sekhmet helps us to explore negative energy that can transform. As an ideal, she reminds us to manage our negative emotions before they become destructive.
