Felicya Parsels is a retired dedicated nurse who practiced 42 years in the hospital setting,
Felicya started her career in the new born nursery where she cared for newborns and taught the parents how to care for their babies. Felicya was the Clinical Director in the Extended Care Hospital for the last ten years of her career.
