Starting a business is one thing. Owning and operating a business is another. The former takes personal risk and a good idea. The latter that guts, courage, a leap of faith and a personal belief system that endures the joyride of perseverance.

Today we’ll talk with our Kitchen Cabinet Leadership Team member, William Wells, Jr.(Bill) to find out the secrets to his success as a business owner, husband, father, grandfather and community leader.  Bill balances his business objectives with family and his longtime leadership role in the National Black MBA Association.

What looks easy has taken years to perfect. Entrepreneurship is a painstaking pioneering endeavor with high risks and often illusive rewards.  But principled warriors like Bill Wells take stock of their vision and press forward.

We’ll also get a sneak peak at next week’s Multicultural Conference and salute the four time World Series Champions... The Boston Red Sox!

Happy Halloween!
