=====2011 is off and running. Today my own Deval Patrick gets installed in his second term as Governor of Massachusetts. Other states have new or re-elected state officials. And Congress has a new crop of legislators who were installed into office yesterday January 5th. It's a new year, and the House of Representatives is controlled by the Republicans, while the Democrats held on to the Senate. What does it all mean in a country, where jobs are still scarce, money still tight, and the future is still being evaluated?
