Anan Fareed=============Learn more about Ramadan, the month of fasting and praying observed by Muslims all over the world. Ramadan started in August this year and ends September 9-10, 2010. Palestinian born Anan Fareed will discuss the importance of Ramadan for Muslims in America, the Middle East, and throughout the world. She is a faculty member of Al-Quds University, a Palestinian school that has unique partnerships with Brandeis University and Rutgers University.
