Army Spc. Daniel L. Carlson will be tonights broadcast dedication In Loving Memory. He was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom as a CH-47 Helicopter Repairer at the time of his death. Carlson was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 25th Aviation Regiment, 25th Combat Aviation Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii.

He is survived by his wife and parents. Service arrangements have not been released by the family.

Tonight we continue with part II of our III part series titled : Congress shall Pass NO LAW. This evening we will in depth talk about : The first amendment & the 5 MAJOR & basic rights it protects we the people from Government.

Again we begin where it began going back to The Ratification of the Constitution & lay the foundation for tonights series.
